I am grateful to Mnemosyne BioSciences for providing hosting services, support and sponsorship for this site. Mnemosyne BioSciences appears to have some pretty interesting competences and services – hopefully I will have the opportunity to objectively review their offerings in future posts?

The R-project at http://www.r-project.org is a pretty amazing open-source statistical analysis environment. This has been fantastically enhanced with the Bioconductor project

  • The aroma.affymetrix extensions are pretty valuable for some of the more complex (huge) studies that use Affymetrix GeneChips
